A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Power BI specialist, and ITIL-qualified practitioner, she has led 30+ engagements spanning process excellence, ITSM programme management, and technology-enabled transformation. Her methodology centres on building internal capability and sustainable change — clients don't just improve, they learn to sustain it.
